We are proud to have tutors that hold QTS and possess over 10 years’ experience working across many different SEND. These include neurodiverse conditions (for example, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and slow processing speed); speech, language, and communication needs; visual impairment; hearing impairment and SEMH needs (such as anxiety).
ABLE supports young people with a broad range of SEND, including those that present with multiple needs and disabilities. The way in which we assist is tailored directly to each young person as all students are worked with on a one-to-one basis.
We assess referrals considering each child’s attributes. We take on board the support they require as identified from discussions with parents, carers, staff from the commissioning school, their EHCP (if they hold one) and any other documented information.
